At ISAMAYA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used or swatched beauty products cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original ISAMAYA box and include the provided packing slip to ensure smooth processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
